This online shopping portal and integrated customer rewards program offers guests a convenient way to pre-order and pickup groceries while earning great benefits and deals both online and in-store. Sign up in-store (during the checkout process) or online (via WebCart) today!


HOW DO I Sign Up for Gateway Rewards?

Ready to jump in? To participate in the rewards program, you’ll need to register online or in-store. To find out how, check out the directions below!

  • Online Sign-Up
    When registering online, you will be signing up for both online ordering and Gateway Market’s rewards program:

    • Visit our WebCart site.

    • Select “Login/Register” in the upper right corner of the screen.

    • Select “Register” next to “Need an account?”

      • IMPORTANT: Do not click “Setup Online Account” unless you have previously set up a customer rewards account in-store.

    • Fill in the required fields:

      • Email

      • Selected Password

      • Confirm the password

      • Choose to opt-in to:

        • E-receipts (if yes, you’ll get a receipt emailed to you after each transaction. The cashier can print an additional paper receipt at time of purchase if requested.)

        • Marketing emails (if yes, you’ll receive occasional emails from Gateway Market with deals, events, sales and other perks.)

        • Should you ever change your mind, you may opt out of email communication at any time.

      • Name (first and last)

      • Phone Number

    • Click Sign-up; once registered, you’ll receive an email verification code to confirm your account creation. You’ll have 30 minutes to enter the verification code. If it is not entered on time, you’ll have to start the registration process over.

  • In-Store Sign-Up
    When registering in-store, you will only be signing up for Gateway Market’s rewards program. Before you check out, let our cashier know that you’d like to register as a Gateway Market rewards customer. You’ll only have to sign up once; future visits will just require a phone number. The cashier will then ask for the following information to set up your customer account:

    • Phone Number (this will be your primary ID for the program; you will enter it on our credit card pinpad during each transaction to gain and redeem points)

    • Name (first and last)

    • Email Address (required; used for your online ordering, e-receipts, loyalty perks and sales & event information (if opting in).

      • You’ll be asked if you’d like to opt-in to the following:

      • E-receipts (if yes, you’ll get a receipt emailed to you after each transaction. The cashier can print an additional paper receipt at time of purchase if requested.)

      • Marketing emails (if yes, you’ll receive occasional emails from Gateway Market with deals, events, sales and other perks.)

      • Should you ever change your mind, you may opt out of email communication at any time.

    If you wish to register for WebCart shopping access after signing up in-person, simply link your rewards account via our online portal:

    • Visit our WebCart site.

    • Select “Login/Register” in the upper right corner of the screen.

    • Scroll down to “Already a customer at our store?” and click the “Setup Online Account” link.

    • Navigate to the Password Assistance screen to select the way you’d like to create/reset your password for your online account. You can choose the following ways to be contacted with a verification code:

      • Email (the one you gave in-store)

      • Text message (to the phone number you gave in store)

      • Call (to the phone number you gave in store)

    • Submit your choice and wait for your code; once received, enter your verification (quickly!), then create and confirm a new password. Once your password is confirmed, you’ll automatically be directed in to WebCart and can start shopping.
