Gateway Market Skillet Cheesesteak Sandwich

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ribeye, thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced into strips
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 slices provolone chese

PREPARATION

1. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat and cook meat until slightly browned.

2. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire, basil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper. Stir to evenly distribute spices.

3. Add onion, peppers and mushrooms. Cook until browned.

4. Top with slices of provolone cheese and allow to melt. Once melted, remove from heat and serve on South Union Bakery hoagie rolls.
