Shrimp & Scallop Kabobs


(For four servings)

¾ cup Kalona Supernatural butter, cubed
3 tablespoons Frontier organic Cajun seasoning
1 ½ teaspoons hot sauce
¾ teaspoon Simply Organic garlic powder
¾ teaspoon Simply Organic onion powder
12 large uncooked shrimp
16 sea scallops


1. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in Cajun seasoning, pepper sauce, garlic powder and onion powder. Divide mixture in half, and set one half aside for serving.

2. Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails on. Thread shrimp and scallops (alternating) onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.

3. Place skewers on greased grill rack. Cook over medium heat, covered, for 3-5 minutes per side, or until shrimp turn pink and scallops are firm and opaque. Baste your kabobs occasionally with butter mixture.

4. Serve with reserved butter mixture for dipping.
