Maple Chicken Salad Pita


¾ cup chicken breast, cooked and diced
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
⅓ cup fat-free Fage plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons Great River pure maple syrup
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
½ cup fresh green apple, sliced thin
1 Oasis wheat pita bread, cut in half


1. In a bowl, combine chicken, cranberries, yogurt, maple syrup, parsley, salt and pepper.

2. Place apple slices along the bottom side of your pita.

3. Add chicken salad on top of the apples.

4. Garnish with additional parsley or as desired.
