Ham and Honeycrisp sandwich with Grain Dijon Mayo

Ham and Honeycrisp sandwich with Grain Dijon Mayo



6 ounces smoked ham, shaved
2 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
2 slices South Union Bakery Country Italian bread, buttered on the outside
1 Honeycrisp apple, sliced
Mixed salad greens

Homemade Grain Dijon Mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Maille Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Sir Kensington's Classic Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
pinch of salt and cracked black pepper


1. Place two slices of swiss on the inside of each slice of bread. Layer in ham, and close the sandwich.

2. Brown in a skillet over medium heat, pressing occasionally OR use a panini press.

3. Once thoroughly browned and heated through, remove from heat.

4. Remove the top half of the sandwich and set aside. Layer the bottom slice with apple slices and greens; top with Grain Dijon Mayonnaise. Put the top half back on. Slice, and enjoy.
