Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingredients

1 pound De Cecco fettuccine
2 cups Picket Fence Creamery Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Pinch of black pepper
½ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ cup butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

2. In a saucepan, bring cream to a boil; add garlic, salt and pepper.

3. Reduce mixture by half. Add cooked pasta, Parmesan and butter. Serve.
