Author's Notes

For an extra kick, serve with your favorite hot sauce.


1 Gateway market prepared pizza dough
1 pint prepared Gateway Market Alfredo sauce
2 cups shredded Mozzarella
6 eggs, scrambled
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1 pound Berkwood Farms bacon, cooked and chopped


1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.

2. On a lightly floured surface, use a rolling pin to roll out pizza dough to desired thickness.

3. Place pizza dough on an oiled baking sheet pan.

4. Top with Alfredo sauce and spread evenly, leaving 1 inch around the edge.

5. Distribute cheese evenly.

6. Distribute scrambled eggs, red onion and green pepper evenly over the cheese.

7. Place in the oven on the bottom rack.

8. Check after 7-10 minutes. Rotate the pan for even baking. Bake further until the crust is nicely crisped.

9. Remove from the oven and allow to stand 5 minutes.

10. Topped with cooked, chopped bacon and serve.
