Recipe Best Ever Guacamole

1 Anaheim or jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon Simply Organic Ground Cumin
¼ teaspoon Simply Organic Chili Powder
1 lime, juiced
¼ to ½ cup chopped cilantro
3-4 medium ripe avocados
½ cup diced tomato (cherry or grape)
¼ cup diced red onion
to taste salt and pepper


1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except avocado, tomato, onion, salt and pepper.

2. Remove and discard peel and pit from avocado; add flesh to bowl. Mash mixture with a fork or potato masher, then whip with a firm whisk until desired consistency.

3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and onion and stir gently to combine.

4. Cover the guacamole with plastic wrap, making sure the wrap is placed directly on the surface of the guacamole. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
